Attendance Procedures:
If your camper will be late, not at camp, or leaving early, please notify Alena “Dog Park” via text. Their cell phone number was included in any camper emails you have received. Please be sure to include in your text: adult and camper names, unit, time arriving/leaving camp.
If we have not received a message and your camper is not at camp, we will be calling you to check in.
**All campers arriving late or leaving early, need to check in & out at HQ (located next to playground).**

Camper Drop-Off:
Camper drop-off starts at 9:15 am. No Early Drop-Offs!! We are not ready to supervise your children before this time!
Please line up in your cars at Blyth Park or park at an offsite location (see below for suggestions!) and walk into camp lining up at the walk-up express check-in/check-out table.
Volunteers will escort campers from cars to the sidewalk & into camp.
Important things to note:
Camper PickUp:
PLEASE DO NOT LINE UP IN YOUR CAR BEFORE 3:15pm! There is a chance that the police will ask you to leave, so that you are not blocking emergency access.
When you arrive at camp each afternoon, please bring the Camper Pickup Form to let us know who you will be picking up that day.
Instead of parking, parents should drive into the parking lot and remain in their car in the line of cars --your camper(s) will be brought to you.
**It is very important that anyone authorized to pick up your child is listed on the Camper Release for Checkout Form that must be turned in on Monday morning. It is also important that anyone picking up your camper each day show photo ID.**
Please consider carpooling at drop-off and pickup.
Please be patient as we check out over 200 campers - YIKES!
Off-Site Parking/Walk-In Locations:
We know the after-camp pickup line is rough!
Here are some ways you can help calm the crazy........
1) Form carpools with people from your neighborhood, friends and acquaintances, etc.. If you join the Bothell Day Camp Facebook page (Bothell Day Camp GSWW), you can find other families that live near you.
2) Consider parking off-site at Wayne Golf Course or Brickyard Road Parking and walk up to the express camper check-in/check-out table.

Important things to note:
- On Monday, you must have a completed Camper Release for Checkout form (will receive via email).
- On Monday, please let the volunteer know if you have medication to check in with the nurse. Someone will direct you to park and walk it up to HQ.
- Everyone, everyday: Make sure your camper is dressed appropriately!!! If campers or volunteers are dressed inappropriately, we will ask that they return in suitable clothing. Note: Our current dress requirements are based on safety. Closed-toe shoes because campers and leaders are running through fields and woods with twigs, rocks, and bees. We ask that they everyone wear their camp shirts because we want to be able to identify them at a glance as part of our group (the park is open to the public). We ask that everyone's pants, shorts, or skirt cover their underwear and allow them a full range of motion. On special theme days, we also ask that everyone avoid sleeveless tops because we find that exposed shoulders and necks are especially subject to sunburn--but with a camp t-shirt, that's all covered. And we ask that everyone brings an outer layer appropriate for rain or cold.
